Payment and Refund Terms

WanderSight Online Journey Courses

These Journey Courses involve actual travel by Fred Sigman and his assistant around the destinations advertised and during the dates indicated. We rely on your enrollment and attendance to make necessary arrangements and logistical preparations well in advance of the Journey Course start date. This is also how we determine the course fee. We cap enrollments at the indicated number to ensure a quality travel and learning experience. Usually, 50. This amount may vary. Likewise, we need a minimum enrollment to cover our expenses. That varies according to destinations and associated expenses.

Payment of Journey Course Fees

The circumstances discussed above determine payment and refund policies as follows:

a) Full payment of the advertised price is due at the time of enrollment.
b) Early enrollment, as advertised, may offer an incentive discount.
c) Most Journey Courses, as indicated on the Payment page, allow for enrollment up to 5 days after the journey and course has begun.
d) We accept most major credit cards. All our payments are processed by Stripe.

Refunds of Journey Course Fees

We guarantee an informative, interesting, and thoughtful learning experience for our Journey Courses participants. As a college professor in Nevada, Fred Sigman has been conducting similar online traveling courses and programs since 2009. We believe what has been developed and organized for today's audiences, supported by improved availability of Internet-based learning methods, and more effective interactivity between Fred and the participants, WanderSight has a unique product. However, not everyone might agree. Based on the stated enrollment requirements, we can provide a refund based on the following:

a) A decision by WanderSight to cancel a Journey Course before the start date based upon low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances on our end will provide a full refund to the participant within 30 days from the date of cancellation. Notification to cancel a Journey Course due to low enrollment will be made within 48 hours of Start Date.
b) A pro-rated refund will be given in the event of disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances, as can occur in any travel-based program, once the Journey Course has commenced, based upon the Start Date.
c) Withdrawal for those who enroll in the Pre-Enrollment period up to five days before the Journey Course start date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of $50.
d) Within five days of start date and once a Journey Course has started on the published start date, no refund is available.
e) In case of a non-refundable withdrawal, paid funds can be applied to a future Journey Course or WanderSight m-Learning courses. The participant must notify WanderSight by email within 5 days of that option. We will immediately respond with our acknowledgment.

WanderSight m-Learning Courses

These are short, move-at-your-own-pace courses. There are no refunds for any WanderSight m-Learning course once the learner has begun going through the Learning Modules.
